TCP/IP
When using MacOS 7.6.x or higher you'll be working with the TCP/IP control Panel. Apple did a good job at this OpenTransport TCP/IP interface.
Items needed to complete setup
- WINCOM's name server addresses: 209.216.129.2 and 209.216.129.4
- WINCOM's domain name: wincom.net
To begin...
- Click on Apple Menu. (located in top left)
- Click on Control Panel.
- Click on TCP/IP.
- Click on the double arrows for Connect via and select PPP.
- Click on the double arrows for Configure and select Using PPP Server
- Type in 209.216.129.2 hit Return on the keyboard then type 209.216.129.4 for Name server addr.
- Type in wincom.net for Search domains.
- Click on the close feature in the upper left
- Click on save when prompted
