Email Forwarding *

Under the Forwarding section of the User Self Account Management Interface you can activate your forwarding settings by typing the email address(es) that you want to forward to into the empty box. If you are forwarding to more than one email address, separate them by a comma (,) but no spaces.

If you don't want to keep the message after you forward it, place a check mark next to Delete original message.

As always, when you are done setting things up, Save your changes.


* There is something important to consider when setting up mail forwarding. If account A forwards to account B and account B forwards to account A then you could end up with an email loop. Many email systems prevent this but some don't. If this happens you could end up with a mail box full of copies of the same message. This bogs down the entire mail server and affects the whole system. So, before you start forwarding email to an email address, first check that it is not already forwarding back to you!
