counseling, foster care, other residental or institutional care, adoption and adoption disclosure,

County. Program: The center provides crisis intervention, counseling and information to victims of
sexual assault, sexual abuse, and incest and their non-offending significant others or family
members. The agency develops the community's awareness of the problems and realities of
sexual assault and of the services provided by SACC, and works with existing institutions to
