CHAMBER'S 127th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING LUNCHEON On Friday, November 7th the Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce held its 127th Annual General Meeting at the Caboto Club. At the meeting, the Chamber's Board of Directors submitted a statement of the Chamber's finances for the preceding fiscal year and an audited report prepared by the Chamber's Auditors, KPMG. The Chair of the Board of Directors, Martin J. Komsa presented a report of the Chamber's activities for the 2002-2003 fiscal year. The guest speaker for the luncheon was Gerald Freed, President of Freed's of Windsor.
