CHAMBER'S PRESENTATION TO CITY COUNCIL ON 2005 CITY OF WINDSOR BUDGET

January 17, 2005 - The Chair of the Chamber's Finance & Taxation Committee, Ed Kanters, made a presentation to City Council addressing the City of Windsor 2005 Budget. Since 2000, the City of Windsor has continually raised the municipal tax levy as a result of budgetary increases. "This year’s budget shows no sign of tax relief for the upcoming years" said Kanters. In its presentation, the Chamber also praised the City for taking steps toward zero-based budgeting. For full Chamber presentation Click Here.
