A DIALOGUE WITH THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER THE HONOURABLE ANNE McLELLAN, ROUND TABLES IN EDMONTON AND CALGARY The Canadian Chamber of Commerce released a report prepared after two business leader roundtables held in Edmonton on March 15 and Calgary on March 19 with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, Anne McLellan. This report provides a useful summary of the Chambers' discussions and some meaningful recommendations for government action. Among the issues discussed were Meeting the Needs of Municipalities, Labour and Skills, Fiscal Policy and Health Care.
