 CHAMBER NEWS

2005 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP SATISFACTION ONE MINUTE SURVEY AND VOLUNTEER SERVICE QUESTIONNAIRE

Dear members and Chamber volunteers,

As a valued member of the Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce we appreciate your feedback on our Programs and Services. We encourage you to fill in the following One Minute Survey that will help us serve you better.

This year we are also inviting our volunteers to participate in a special Volunteer Service Questionnaire. In an effort to build a volunteer database that will be used to track volunteer service on an on-going basis, we are asking volunteers like you to describe your service to the Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce. We don’t want to miss all of the valuable contributions from members who have dedicated their time to the Chamber prior to the implementation of the database. The goal is to develop programs in the future to recognize the tireless contributions of volunteers.  It is volunteers like you that make your Chamber the envy of others!

For all members, you can participate in the One Minute Survey by clicking on the following link:

For current and past volunteers, please take a couple of minutes to participate in the Volunteer Service Questionnaire by clicking on the following link:

Thank you in advance for your participation,

Kim Teron

Chair of Membership Services and Development Committee

The Annual Membership Satisfaction survey and the Volunteer Survey were prepared by the Chamber's Membership Services and Development Committee, helping the Chamber in the delivery of value-added services to the Membership.

The survey and the questionnaire are closing on Monday, June 13, 2005.  ________________________________________________________________
