2003-2004 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS

In May, the Membership Services and Development Committee completed its annual spring survey of our members. Your feedback each year helps us to improve the Chamber and its benefits. Overall, respondents are happy with the Chamber activities, but we noted that a number of respondents are not aware of all of the benefits available through the Chamber, such as the Affinity Programs. As a result of your feedback, your Chamber's Membership Committee is committed to improving the communications of these programs.

 

Watch for more information on the Affinity Programs throughout the next year.
