Mike Robinson Stands for Second Term
as Chairman of the Board
Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce

The official swearing-in of Chairman of the Board, Michael Robinson will take place on Monday, June 24^th at the Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce office.  The Honourable Mr. Justice Saul Nosanchuk will administer the oath of office at 5:00 p.m.

2002 – 2003 will mark the second consecutive term of office for Mr. Robinson.  He joins Past Chairmen L. J. (Larry) Bannon and James E. (Ted) Farron as volunteer leaders who have assumed this role for more than one term.

Under Mr. Robinson’s leadership  the Chamber has been very active in border management issues since September 11^th 2001 in addition to his regular Chairman’s duties, focusing on economic prosperity for the Windsor and Essex County areas.

The Board of Directors also welcomes new member Frank Moceri, CEO – Windsor Disposal Service Ltd. (WDS), whose firm has been a member of the Chamber since 1996.  Mr. Moceri’s voice on the Board represents the “service sector”.
