Excellence is the only qualification............The Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for Business Excellence.

Individuals and companies who demonstrate excellence in the areas they consider key to their success, demonstrate leadership and/or contribute to the economic prosperity of our community are eligible for awards in this very popular program. Awards will be given to a Business Professional, Entrepreneur, Good Neighbour Business, Young Entrepreneur and three Business of Excellence for companies.

Lindsay Boyd, Chairman of this year’s committee is proud to introduce two NEW CATEGORIES. “Recognizing the importance of the environment and health in our community, we are pleased and excited to launch the Environment Award and the Wellness Award in the 2003 program.” says Boyd.

Nominations for the ATHENA Award are also being accepted. The ATHENA recipient demonstrates excellence, creativity and initiative in their business or profession; provides valuable service by devoting time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community and assists women in reaching their full leadership potential.

The deadline to submit your recommendations for recipients in all categories is Thursday, September 26, 2002.
