Windsor, Ontario – Business Transportation Task Force will be releasing its final report and recommendations on Wednesday, September 18, 2002, 12:00 (noon) in the Chamber of Commerce Board Room, 2575 Ouellette Place, Windsor, Ontario.

The two co-chairs of the Task Force, Mike Robinson, Chair, Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce and Mike Walker, Chair, Windsor Essex County Development Commission will be available for comments to the media.

The report was undertaken at the request of the Federal Government of Canada, and the Task Force’s recommendations have been forwarded to Deputy Prime Minister John Manley, the Honourable Allan Rock, Minister of Industry, the Honourable David Collenette, Minister of Transport, the Honourable Susan Whelan, Minister of International Cooperation, to name a few.

Copies of the recommendations will be available at the press conference.
