NEWS CONFERENCE

WINDSOR, ONTARIO – Chair of the Board, James E. (Ted) Farron and Ed Miles, Chairman of the Finance & Taxation Committee, invite members of the media to attend a news conference to listen to Minister James Flaherty deliver the provincial budget at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9, 2001.

The news conference, to analyze the Provincial Budget, will be held at the Quality Suites by Journey’s End, 250 Dougall Avenue @ Chatham Street. Please check in at the front desk for directions to the Chamber’s suite.

Also in attendance will be members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors and members of the Finance & Taxation Committee. These individuals will be pleased to make themselves available to members of the media to comment on the details of the budget.
