Prices are in U.S. funds unless stated otherwise.

Items bought from my site cannot be combined with items from my brother George's Millennium Moon site because we live in different cities.

How to order

Please e-mail me explaining that some items that you wish to buy are listed as being available, and that you wish to confirm that they are still available before you send a payment. I require your real name and address because this is a real business transaction. Include whether you prefer having UPS or Mail for receiving your order.

If I tell you that they are available, you will send me a Money Order (International Money Order if required), or cheque covering the cost of the items and shipping costs. Also include a note about what you've ordered and your e-mail address if I need to contact you. When your payment arrives and clears the bank, I'll send you your items.

Reservations versus Layaways

It doesn't seem fair for someone to set an item aside for future payment, while people who do have the necessary funds can't get that item. To make getting items more fair, I have to provide motivation for people to pay as soon as possible. There have been a number of people who set items aside but then never send a payment nor send me a cancellation notice.

If you intend to send your payment within a few days, I'll set the item aside as a Reservation to allow time for your payment to arrive. If you need your items to be set aside until you save enough money, that is classified as a Layaway. I charge $5 to Layaway your items for up to 4 weeks.

If you decide that you no longer want the items that you have reserved, please be considerate of others and e-mail me that you need to cancel your reservation.

Time Factor

Let me know if your package has to arrive before a certain date!

It may take a few weeks for the merchandise to reach you. It should take about 7 to 10 days for a cross-border letter containing your payment to reach me. And it should take an equal length of time for a mailed package to reach the U.S. (but it may be longer). I've noticed that spending additional money in an attempt to get your letter to me quicker doesn't seem to work. A $6 Priority Post letter seems to take 7 days just like a $0.66 letter.

There is a 4 week waiting period for your U.S. personal check to clear the bank. Use a regular Money Order if it has no restrictions about being cashed in Canada, or an International Money Order if necessary to avoid the waiting period.

Canadian cheques and money orders have no waiting period.

Shipping options

1) Regular lettermail - Add $7 for shipping and handling. Add a dollar extra for shipping on each additional item. Use UPS for safety if your goods are $30 or more.

2) Air Mail - Add $10 for shipping and handling. Add a dollar extra for shipping on each additional item. Use UPS for safety if your goods are $30 or more.

3] Security registered mail - If you are concerned about the reliability of regular mail, send an additional $8.50 to the Air Mail rate to have your package sent using Security Registered mail. The package can be tracked, is insured, and must be signed for when the package arrives.
* UPS is more econonical than secured packages.

4) UPS - Another option if you are concerned about reliability of the post office is to use UPS courier. Packages can be sent using UPS at the cost of $17 handling for standard delivery (more than 3 days) and have the same benefits as Security Registered mail. Add a dollar extra for shipping on each additional item.

*International Orders (Orders outside of Canada or the U.S.A.) - We do accept international orders if they are paid in U.S. funds. Please make sure that your payment can be cashed in Canada. Overseas Surface Mail cost $7 for packages up to 0.5 kg, $10 for packages between 0.5 and 1.0 kg. Overseas Air Mail cost $11 for packages up to 0.5 kg, $19 for package between 0.5 to 1.0 kg. Actual costs may be different. Ask me for an estimate!

Payment Options

We no longer accept Visa nor any other kind of Creditcard. Sorry.

Cheques

There is a 4 week waiting period for your U.S. personal check to clear the bank. Money orders have no waiting period. Canadian cheques have no waiting period.

Money Orders or International Money Orders?

Make certain that your Money Order is cashable in Canada * Most U.S. Money Orders ARE cashable in Canada UNLESS it has some restriction printed on it saying something like: "Cashable only in the USA and its territories" like the green coloured U.S. Post Office's Domestic Money Order. ASK to be certain that your money order is cashable in Canada.

The U.S. Post Office has an orange coloured International Money Order that is required for use outside of the USA.

Money Orders are available at postal outlets, banks, and some stores like 7-11. The 7-11 money order is cashable in Canada, plus it is cheap at about $1.

Please save your money order's receipt in case of problems.

Western Union Electronic Money Transfer (moneygram)

If you are in a rush to get your package you can have your payment sent to me electronically by using Western Union. That eliminates the time needed to receive your payment. Western Union charges $15 US or $17 Canadian to transfer money. Phone Western Union 1-800-235-0000, or use the Western Union website at http://www.westernunion.com for details.

Leave your e-mail address in case I have to contact you. Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct and is not blocked to my incoming messages.

If we can't reach you, we will substitute another excellent pattern or item if the one you want is gone. It is a good idea to include alternate choices if your chosen item gets sold out.
