Rover's Victorian Christmas Luncheon Dec 14 2005

the Come Over Red Rovers invited Red Hat Chapters from all over Essex County to come and celebrate christmas with them.
Admission price was a toy worth $10.00 minimum. These would be donated to the Kids Toy Fund run by the Fire Departments in the Area.
We served Egg Salad, Turkey Salad, Cucumber and Cream Cheese, Tuna Salad, Ham Salad Finger Sandwiches. Along with a Vegetable tray, fruit tray, cold salads. For dessert we had snowballs and pastry swans with ice cream and chocolat or carmel sauce.
The Ladies who attended brought many toys, some more than one and some of the chapters sent in an extra one too.
There were raffles and door prises aplenty. Everyone received something.
The toys were deleveried to the LaSalle and Amherstburg Fire Departments. They were very thankful for the donations.
