All the Rovers meet up at Queen Mischievous Maggie's
house.. along with a new possible member Margaret. We went over
the previous plans for the Dec 14th Victorian Luncheon at the Swan
Vue. Everyone had their list written down on who was to bring what..
and when. Door prizes, games, seating arrangements and lots more
was talked about. Margaret was going to get a Raggedy Ann doll and
we were going to make her into a Red Hat Lady and Marie Rose was
donating a Candy House, both of these would go for a Raffle.
Maggie was organizing a elemination draw with prizes
for everyone... and 4 larger prizes for the 25th, 50th, 75th and
100th name called. Extra games were thought of for Ice Breakers,
and for afterwards a Red Hat Bingo.. with more prizes to be given
out.
By the time the meeting ended Margaret seemed as
if she had been with us for a long time.. and we asked if she would
like to be intiated into the Come Over Red Rovers.. as we were having
an initiation that very afternoon for Terri. She agreed and became
our 7th member.
