Club Service Goals

1. 100% of club members are involved in assisting with the meeting needs during the year including assisting with desk, greeting, invocation, and fines.

2. The first meeting of each month will be dedicated to "assembly day" in order to discuss business, bring information to club members, and to plan in strategic areas.

3. Programs of interest and importance of the club members will be scheduled for every meeting. Programs will be in keeping with the monthly Rotary themes and local club activities whenever possible. Programs of local interest and importance will be scheduled as local and club needs arise.

4. The local Interact and Rotaract Clubs will be invited to at least four meetings during the Rotary year and will be requested to assist with at least one meeting of the morning club. Interact and Rotaract clubs will be invited to participate in community service and fundraising activities with the Adrian Morning Rotary Club.

5. Adrian Morning Rotary Club members will be actively involved with the Rotary exchange student. The exchange student will be invited to meetings and Morning Rotary activities, and Morning Rotary members will assist the foreign exchange students with their travel and activity needs.

6. Four social and family activities will be held during the Rotary year including attending sporting, theater and concert events.

7. Adrian Morning Rotary members will participate with the Adrian Rotary Noon club in the biannual Rotary Show scheduled for March 2004.

8. Adrian Morning rotary will join Adrian Noon Rotary for the annual clubs Christmas party and for the Annual Rotary Meeting and installation of officers in Jun 2004.

International Service Goals

1. Host an exchange student.

2. Santerem Clinic/University supplies: Laptop Computer, projector, sports equipment $3,000 total.
Hope to apply for a matching grant with the district. Sue Goldsen will work on this, Fundraising to start in November.

3. Africa - Helping to fund a teacher for the YMCA program, $500 total. Nina Howard is working on this.

4. Annual fund goal; $5000

5. Continue to collect Polio Eradication Pledges

6. Encourage participation in the Bequest society and the Benefactor program. 100% Benefactor goal.
