            Goals: Hold Club Assemblies, at least 5 times per year, with Board  members Officers, and Committee Chairs  presiding/presenting; including newly revised Club  questionnaire on a regular basis for club feedback

            Increase of Communications through e-mail to Club members via club officers

            Updated Call list for Club notification with a process for calling when unable to contact members

            Goals: Continue to support Youth Services: Provide $275 for Outgoing District 6400 Exchange student (Tom Martin); RotaryYouth Exchange (Tom Martin/The Gaffney’s); Continue to support Youth Exchange through Gaffney's hosting Colombian Exchange student

            Continue to acquire an Ambassadorial Scholarship Placement(Bill Fried/Janet Haas/Jay Young);

            Continue to support the Rotary Friendship Exchange (Bill Cameron/Liisa Hardaloupas/Val Vandersloot)

            Continue to support the Group Study Exchange (Bill Cameron/Val Vandersloot)

            Continue to support the World Community Service (Bill Cameron)

            Goals:Utilize current Club classifications to acquire new members not already represented (Scott Wilson/Janet Haas)

            Acquire new members for a total of 78 members –increase of 7members (Scott Wilson)

           Orient new members on Induction Day (Carl Riegal /Del Sisler)

           Follow-up (e-mail and post-card and membership) with all potential members that have been guests at Livonia Rotary Club (Janet Haas/Scott Wilson)

           Conduct Fireside meetings with new members (Scott Wilson)

Foundation : George Friess, Chairman

            Goals: Club goal for contributions to Rotary Foundation is $14,000 ($200 / member)

           Increase emphasis on adding members to the Benefactor program (Bill Fried)

            Increase emphasis on and ways to promote Paul Harris Fellows (Bill Fried/Chris Rearick)

               Increased understanding by club members to the Foundation and the money processes within
