    -committee goal 2 new members installed in the club's directory (part of their annual plan)
    -club goals 10% growth (noted in club directory
    -package to new members (part of the mentor program)
    -membership is presented in a Club Assembly and engage all in club membership
    -committee helped to focus on membership and call members that have messed a meeting
    -invite new prospects to work a fundraising event.
    -members do not want to join if they only attend a few regular meeting (they want to do something-use that energy
    or they will leave).
