Q: If I die without a will how much extra tax does my estate incur if any?

Q: If I get in a property accident while I have been drinking am I better off to leave the scene and leave my car or face the consequences of being caught driving under the influence?

Q:  My back used to hurt me before I got this job, and now it seems worse. Am I entitled to collect workers compensation?

Q: I purchased a house and now I find out the roof leaks. Did the owner or broker have any duty to disclose this when I asked them if the house needed any repairs?

Q:  I witnessed a terrible accident and am frightened of leaving the house. The Doctor says I will probably never get cured of this at my age.  Am I entitled to disability?

Q: The factory in the field across the road has sewage leeching into my ground water. The value of my house went down and I can't grow vegetables in my garden because I am afraid to eat them. Am I entitled to any money damages?

Q: The police have told me it will go easier on me if I tell them the whole story about the drugs,  and I am concerned that they might be lying to me. What should I do?

 Q: If justice is the pursuit of truth,  why do lawyers and prosecutors fight to keep out the evidence?
